...and why I hope it's not too late to try and open your eyes that TCM is about to make a big mistake.

I'm running for the TCEE Mod spot this election, and I'm doing so because I thoroughly believe I'm the best man for the job. I had a faith in this community in that I didn't expect the lot to vote for the fresh, returning Lardy based on the fact that...well...he's back! But that's exactly what I see happening.

Now, I'm a fan of Lardy's myself...but please don't make the wrong choice! Look past the aesthetics of his return to prominence, and vote for someone who can actually make that zone an exciting place!

Now, I'll explain just exactly a few of the plans I have in mind...even if it is a little late. Better late than never...I am simply the better man for the job.

The New Talent Initiative:
It's no secret that TCM is sorely lacking in it's graphic designers. Apart from a few faces, it is generally a dead zone consisting of a few beginner designers and Torch posting his design assignments. Bluntly put, this sucks. TCM should have a vast selection of GFX specialists to go to should they want that fresh new signature set or want to rate some innovative pieces. I aim to spread the word of the website and bring in high quality artists from all over the world wide web to this place, and make it the hot spot of TCM. Vote for me, and without a doubt, you will get this.

The Music Report:
This website is filled with individuals with similar AND different music tastes. What is common, however, is that we all love good music. That's why I aim to put a larger focus on music discussion as well as exposure to new, up-and-coming artists. With the help of the community, through special appointed music experts from these forums, we can make music one of the focal points of this zone and expose each other of some fresh new acts.

Competitions with Prizes
Nothing creates activity like competition. Just look around the boards right now. The elections are a prime example of this very fact. A vote for me means more exciting and entertaining competitions in the TCEE zone. Graphic battles to prove who exactly is the best of the lot? Special wrestling booking challenges for those of us interested in challenging our creativity? An e-fed where members battle each other (roleplays optional) in fun storylines and matches that spawn discussion even outside these boards? Meldrew vs. CJ Dragon in a Street Fight? You can expect all of this to transpire from my election to the proverbial office...and special prizes will be arranged for winners.

These are just a FEW of the ideas in mind, people. And while a part of me still expects some to be blinded by the aura of a returning veteran...but a big part of me still believes you can make the right choice. It's not too late...

Sounds good. I'm still torn on who to vote for for this and sports. Making a case like this for yourself is a good way to get the attention of the posters who haven't already voted.
